Return or Exchange & Refund Policy
Please review our policy to confirm if your order is eligible for a return. Visit our Returns Page to get started.
How to Initiate a Return
  1. Go to our Returns Page.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. If approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
You have  7 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion.
Eligible Reasons for Return
  • Change of Mind (Australia only) – Refunded as store credit.
  • Wrong item sent or faulty item – Refunded to your original payment method or store credit (your choice).
  • Exchange – For the same or another product.
Item Conditions for Return
Returned item(s) must:
  • Be unworn and unused.
  • Have all security seals, tags, and labels intact (including tamper-evident labels).
  • Be in saleable condition, with original packaging, branded dust bags, and authenticity cards.
  • Not be a FINAL SALE item.
FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind but may be returned if faulty or misdescribed.
Change of Mind Returns — Important Notes
  • Only applicable for orders delivered within Australia.
  • Refund is issued as store credit only.
  • A handling fee applies:
    • $30–$55 AUD (depending on the number of items).
  • Change of mind returns for orders outside Australia are not accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse change of mind returns if we believe fraudulent or abusive activity is involved.
Refunds & Regional Return Fees
  • Australia: Handling fee $30–$55 AUD (depending on item count).
  • U.S. & Canada: $25–$35 USD (depending on item count). Orders above $800 USD will incur an additional processing fee of $50 USD per item returned.
  • All other regions: $35–$45 AUD (depending on item count).
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (up to 10 for international orders) after we receive and approve your return.
  • Your bank may take an additional 1–5 business days to reflect the refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Duties/taxes collected by local authorities are generally non-refundable.
Warranty
All products come with a 12-month store warranty. If your product develops a fault, email  info@cosette.com.au .
  • Covers manufacturing defects.
  • Does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Faulty items will be repaired or replaced. If no fault is found, return costs will be your responsibility.
Additional Information
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns/refunds.
  • Continued excessive returns may result in account closure or refusal of future orders.
