Cosette sources the product it sells from Europe, primarily Italy. We only work with suppliers that are highly reputable and have a long and close history of trading with the luxury brands and their licensees.
This allows us access to better pricing and access to a larger quantity of genuine luxury goods, some of which is surplus stock acquired by licensees. Some of the product may be overstock for European retailers, but the product is always new (never used or pre-owned) and ranges from instant- to timeless-classics. The benefit of this arrangement is shared with you, as it allows us to sell product at a more competitive retail price (for example, discount to recommended retail price) than if we were buying directly from the brand as an Australian licensee.

The integrity of our supply chain verifies the authenticity of the products we sell.
This includes inquiries to ensure that our suppliers have an established reputation for supplying authentic products to other retailers and trace the product through the supply chain. Cosette has used third-party authenticators from time-to-time to provide an additional assurance check to customers. However third-party authenticators are not affiliated with the registered brand owners and, in Cosette's experience, expressly do not warrant the accuracy of their findings. Unfortunately, Cosette has found those services to be inconsistent and unreliable.
