United States & Canada Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery should take between 3 to 5 business days (for in stock items).
2. How do I know when my item has been shipped?
   Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If after 24 hours your tracking info fails to update, please let us know so that we can look into its whereabouts for you.
3. Is my order insured?
   Orders placed from Cosette.com.au to the delivery address are insured against accidental damage and theft at no cost to you.
4. Shipping to the United States & Canada.
   We offer free shipping to the U.S. & Canada. You can also choose Premier Shipping for USD59, which includes extended returns up to 14 days. No extra local taxes or duties payable.
5. For all other international destinations: Shipping costs will be calculated depending on the shipping destination and option. Local taxes and duties might be payable at your destination country.

For all other International Orders.

If you're placing an order for delivery outside Australia, using our Flat Rate International Delivery service, you will have to pay taxes & duties as charged by your destination country. (Also referred to as customs charges)

How much will I need to pay for customs charges?

• As customs charges vary widely from country to country, we're not able to predict what these charges will be.
• To help avoid being surprised by any unexpected charges, we'd suggest contacting your local customs office before placing your order, or use online tools to get an estimate.
• You'll be notified of any charges due on your parcel and you'll have 7 days to make the payment.
• As soon as payment has been received, your parcel will be released and shipped to the delivery address you selected at the checkout.

What happens if I don't pay the customs charges?
If payment has not been received after 7 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to Cosette. Once it arrives back at our warehouse in Australia, we will issue a refund for the items only. We do not offer a refund for delivery in the instance of a customer refusing to pay for customs charges.

We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.

We strongly advise customers to use the UPS Worldwide Delivery/Toll Express services (where available), as these shipping methods include taxes & duties payable at your destination country.

Returns Policy
COSETTE offers returns within 7 days after receiving your order.
We have 3 rules of returns, item(s) must be returned:

Within 7 days of receiving your order;
Unworn and unused with the original tags still attached;
In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes branded dust bags and shoe boxes.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
