Placing your order.
Monday – Friday noon: your item(s) will be shipped within 48 hours.
Friday – Sunday: your item(s) will be shipped the next 1-2 business days.
Delivering your package.
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery in:
1. Australia: 3-5 business days in Metro areas*
2. U.S. & Canada: 5-7 days**
3. International / all other regions, 7-10 days**

Once you have placed your order, we will process with priority and aim to dispatch within the next business day.
Delivering your package.
Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery in:
1. Australia: 1-3 business days in Metro areas*
2. U.S. & Canada: 3-5 days**
* Delivery times to Western Australia, regional and remote destinations or territories may take longer.

Please note this may take longer during peak-trade periods. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will notify you with relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of your parcel. Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide.

How do I know when my item has been shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If after 24 hours your tracking info fails to update, please contact customer service.
Is my order insured?
Orders placed from Cosette.com.au to the delivery address are insured against accidental damage and theft at no cost to you.
What’s the delivery fees and shipping destinations?
We deliver Australia-wide & ship worldwide to select regions. Delivery options and fees may vary depending on your order or shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout. We have partnered with delivery services to bring you the most competitive rates.
We ship worldwide to select regions, including Canada, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, United States and United Kingdom.
Taxes and Duties
Orders within U.S and Canada
If you're placing an order for delivery in United States or Canada, you’ll be happy to know that prices shown include sales tax and import duties.
To get the best shopping experience, select your delivery destination — prices will be displayed in your local currency.
U.S. Customers, Important to know: if the total order value exceeds $800 USD, then you the customer or the recipient of the order may be requested to provide a Tax ID or Social Security Number to U.S. customs and border protection for clearance. For more information can be found here.
Taxes and Duties for all other International Orders.
If you're placing an order for delivery outside Australia, using our Flat Rate International Delivery service, you will have to pay taxes & duties as charged by your destination country. (Also referred to as customs charges)
How much will I need to pay for customs charges?
1. As customs charges vary widely from country to country, we're not able to predict what these charges will be.
2. To help avoid being surprised by any unexpected charges, we'd suggest contacting your local customs office before placing your order, or use online tools to get an estimate.
3. You'll be notified of any charges due on your parcel and you'll have 7 days to make the payment.
4. As soon as payment has been received, your parcel will be released and shipped to the delivery address you selected at the checkout.
What happens if I don't pay the customs charges?
If payment has not been received after 7 days, the carrier will automatically return the parcel to Cosette. Once it arrives back at our warehouse in Australia, we will issue a refund for the items only. We do not offer a refund for delivery in the instance of a customer refusing to pay for customs charges.
We're not able to reship a parcel that has been returned to us, so you'll need to place a new order if you still want the items.
We strongly advise customers to use the UPS Worldwide Delivery/Toll Express services (where available), as these shipping methods include taxes & duties payable at your destination country.
We do not refund import duties (when paid) and/or customs fees.
