Welcome to Cosette, Your New Best Friend in Fashion.

Cosette’s (“COSETTE” “we” “us” “our”) website (our “Site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the following Terms of Service (collectively, the T.O.S). Please read the T.O.S carefully to understand it before placing an order on cosette.com.au. Cosette is a trading name of the My Fashion Republic Pty Ltd, a company registered in Australia (ABN 73 169 949 973). Our registered address is Unit 102, Level 1, 50 Berry Street, North Sydney, NSW, 2060.

Thanks to our exclusive networks and high-end buyers with years we can source only the very best, for less. By taking advantage of the opposite seasons between Europe and Australia, we bring you the most sought-after brands long before they would be on shelves in Australia.

Using parallel importing, our buyers are dedicated to bringing you the highest quality pieces at the best prices. All products we receive from our suppliers are verified authentic.

Shop Online

  1. Join for free. Create a free account for quicker checkout, plus special offers.
  2. Forgot your login details? No worries! Select "Forgot Password" link from our login page and follow the instructions. We'll soon have you shopping again!
  3. How are products chosen? We have a talented team that source from all over Europe. Through strategic partner relationships, we provide you with authentic products. Every item sold on cosette.com.au is the designer piece it promises to be.
  4. How long does products last on the site? All merchandise is available on limited quantities and last until it sells out. Items are sold on a first come, first serve basis - so be sure to log on early not to miss out!
  5. How do I know if what I buy will fit me? All our stock includes details that are as accurate as possible in the item's description.
  6. When are you closing? You will be able to place orders until midnight on 28 April 2026.

Orders

  1. How do I place an order? Placing a Cosette order is easy! Simply visit our site, select the product you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have added the item to your cart, you have a limited time to purchase before it is released. Then proceed to checkout, enter your details, apply promo code if applicable, and confirm payment.
  2. Has my order gone through? Online orders that are successful will receive an order confirmation via email. You can also view your order status via 'My Account'.
  3. How do I apply a promo code? Promo codes can simply be typed into the Promo section and will deduct automatically.
  4. Can I add to my order once it has been placed? Unfortunately, we are unable to add to an order once it has been placed.

Delivery options

Australia

  • FREE Shipping on orders over A$800
  • A flat rate of A$49 applies to orders under A$800, with exception of certain low value goods that may attract a flat rate of A$19 (displayed at checkout)

United States & Canada

  • A flat rate of US$49 applies to orders under US$1200
  • Price includes sales tax and duties

International

  • A flat shipping rate of A$180
  • Customs duties and taxes are payable by the customer

Placing your order

Due to high volume during our Closing Down Sale, we will endeavour to process all orders within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timeframes

Once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery in:
1. Australia: 1-3 business days in Metro areas*
2. U.S. & Canada: 3-5 days**
3. International / all other regions, 7-10 days**
* Delivery times to Western Australia, regional and remote destinations or territories may take longer.
** Regional and remote destinations may take longer.
Please note this may take longer during peak trade periods. As soon as your package has been dispatched, we will notify you with relevant tracking details to help monitor the progress of your parcel. Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide.
You may also receive updates from our delivery partners. If you have any other questions, reach out to customer service.

Refund Policy

As detailed in our Refund Policy, COSETTE does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind. Remedies are provided only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product:

  • has a major failure
  • is faulty, unsafe or not as described
  • is not fit for purpose

A failure is not:

  • change of mind
  • incorrect selection
  • misuse or normal wear and tear
  • issues disclosed prior to purchase (including ex-display or pre-loved items)

A major failure affects the function of the product and is not minor imperfections.

To initiate a return under Australian Consumer Law, please contact info@cosette.com.au and provide:

  • your order number
  • details of the major failure, fault, or explanation of why the item is not fit for its intended purpose.
  • if your return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and be instructed on the next steps.

This return policy applies to all orders placed from 5:00pm AEDT on 5 February 2026.

Product guarantees
Any products guarantee provided by COSETTE are limited strictly to the rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Except as required by Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer any additional warranties, guarantees, refunds, exchange or remedies. Noting in our policy excludes restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

We will match a lower advertised price for the same product.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards remain redeemable
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Gift Cards are no longer being sold as of 5 February 2026
